Looking for things to do outside of the wedding activities?  Hopefully this list of recommendations and information will be a helpful guide:

Beaches:

• Huntingon Beach – don’t know that much about it but the wedding is there, but I see a lot of surfing so you will probably find me there.
• Laguna Beach
• Santa Monica – Many people complain about the water quality being poor and mirky in comparison to other Los Angeles beaches, but I like it because its the original muscle beach. You will see some really acrobatic people, perhaps take a walk down the pier, and maybe even give the rings a try.
• Venice – It’s like a beach with a bunch of surfers and skaters weaving through an eclectic mix of crazy people that helps create the stereotypes we come to love about Southern California.
• Malibu – Big waves and beautiful cliffs… being in Italy without being in Italy.  If you like to surf, you came to the right place. If you like the sound and sight of crashing waves against giant jutting pillars of rock, it’s perfect for you.
